A Tasty Event

Our newest Board Member, Arielle Lubin, is about to attend her graduation from MIT.  Amazingly, she found the time to organize a fund raising event on the MIT campus. She arranged a chocolate decorating class taught  by a professional local chocolatier. Arielle spent many hours making ganache to roll and dip into hundreds of truffles.

Participants then used an airbrush machine, patterned cocoa butter sheets, luster dust and all sorts of cocoa butter to create and decorate their delicious wares. All of the different types of chocolate were on display, and Arielle shared information with participants about the important work of the Kaeli Kramer Foundation.
