Veterinarians, animal caregivers, first responders, park police, rescue workers, zoo and circus professionals attended the three day training offered by Kaeli’s Foundation. Participants came from Florida, Missouri, Ohio, Connecticut, Maine, Virginia, Colombia, South America as well as the New York area. Internationally acclaimed instructors Rebecca Gimenez PhD and Tomas Gimenez DVM, and their amazing demonstration animals, taught about incident prevention, evacuation planning, rescue scene management, water and unstable ground rescue, trailer incidents,barn fires and much more. All left the course armed with knowledge and practical techniques which will be put into action to help horses!
