Come join us and welcome Spring by participating in our second annual Help- A -Horse Day WALK FOR THE MUSTANGS ! The Kaeli Kramer Foundation is celebrating the ASPCA National Help- A- Horse Day on Saturday, April 25, 2015 and competing for a chance to win a $10,000 grant from the ASPCA, America’s oldest animal welfare organization.
The Walk will take place at the Kaeli Kramer Humane Education Center located the Holtsville Wildlife and Ecology Site, 249 Buckley, Road, Holtsville NY 11742. So come and join us on April 25th at the Holtsville Wildlife and Ecology Site, home to our resident rescued mustangs, Callie and Valor. There will be a Natural Horsemanship demonstration featuring Callie and Valor. Learn about the plight of America’s wild horses and the challenges confronting domestic horses. There will be activities for all ages including a Help- A- Horse Puppet Show, Raffles, Scaverger Hunt, Prizes and local dog and cat rescue groups.
